NBA Daily Fantasy Advice (Late Games) 12/9

Last night was not my best in regards to fantasy advice. Kevin Garnett was the only one of the 3 to eclipse 20+ fantasy points and he barely did it. Both Barnes and Johnson has their worst outing in well over a week. To me, the biggest challenge of NBA Daily Fantasy leagues is the lack of consistency from night to night. Even using all the stats, scheduling and data that I use, it is still somewhat hit or miss when it comes to expected outcome. Lets bounce back with 3 gems tonight !!!

Ben McLemore $4,400, Sacramento Kings Shooting Guard, has averaged 15.6 points per game in his last 5 games prior to 2 subpar outings. In his last 2 games, he has not scored more then 10 fantasy points or played 25+ minutes. However, sticking to my above point of consistency, the 8 games prior McLemore had played 29+ minutes or more, eclipsing 40 minutes or more 4 our of the 8 games. Against a Laker team that allows 35.1 fantasy points to opposing SG, expect McLemore to shake off his previous 2 games and come out firing on all cylinders tonight.

Cory Joseph $4,700, San Antonio Spurs Point Guard, has filled in quite nicely for the injured Tony Parker. While it is understood that when Parker returns to full health Joseph’s minutes will decrease, he is still a nice play while Parker is out. In 2 of the 4 games he has filled in for Parker, Joseph has scored 29 and 32 fantasy points. He also played 30+ minutes in both of those games. Parker is due back sometime this week, Joseph’s success may be short lived so jump on board while you can.

With only 3 late games these are the only 2 players $5,500 or less that I believe will make an impact tonight. I normally give 3 Players, however as I have stated in previous post, I will not name a player merely to fill a spot.
